When your vessel is handled by a nominated agent, Davelor acts as your independent Protective Agent, representing your interests throughout the port call. Our role is to ensure that operations are conducted fairly, transparently, and in line with your instructions.
Acting as your on-the-ground representative, we work closely with the vessel’s Master and maintain independent oversight of the call. Through local knowledge and clear communication, we provide an additional layer of control that supports smooth operations and protects your commercial and operational interests.
This allows owners and operators to retain confidence in how their vessel is handled, even when port activities are carried out by a third-party agent, particularly in unfamiliar ports or complex operational environments.
